    A little scary, I just divebombed down and hit the safetyarms, the last rep turned in to a paused squat. I did film it and in a way it looked ok but felt scary. Right knee is hurting, but it feels stable and pain is not sticky but rather dull. So I just push thru it. Got really winded.
