Got a twitch in my left hip-spine region. So I dropped the third rep. Tried to Squat but it was painful.

DL was 120x5 in may. Squat was 83x5x3.

Test at 89% after last weeks backissue, felt ok.
Ok is great. These old hips and backs are testing us aren't they?
For sure, bad form was the issue now, its a bad idea to test form adjustments at worksets. Its my own fault.

Today, tuesday, my back is really shitty so I have to take it easy the rest of the week. On saturday there is the big day at boatyard. My boat +10 more, up on land. Really hard work for an old man. I hope I recover until then.
