    Got a twitch in my left hip-spine region. So I dropped the third rep. Tried to Squat but it was painful.

    Bench is moving along, before summer I did 69x5x3, so Im not that far behind.
    DL was 120x5 in may. Squat was 83x5x3.

    For sure, bad form was the issue now, its a bad idea to test form adjustments at worksets. Its my own fault.
    Hope your back is ok.

    Sunday DL test gave a bad result. Pain lower back.
    Squat
    Tried Squat 60kgx5
    Back screams.
    Bench
    68x5x3
    Ok lift.
    Today, tuesday, my back is really shitty so I have to take it easy the rest of the week. On saturday there is the big day at boatyard. My boat +10 more, up on land. Really hard work for an old man. I hope I recover until then.

    Totaly crushed, last day on the boatyard was all about 8hours pulling,pushing and lifting.
