New start to cut down on the supertasty food, the sugar/salt/fat yumyum.
Started a new round of the Lifesum app registration of calories and food. Back to the basic Healthy protein-fat-carb-fiber diet with lean low fat protein, healthy veg. oil, good carbs, and a lot of green stuff.
