    Unfortunately no. She went downhill health wise from there. She passed in late April. This year has sucked for the most part.

    Im sorry to hear that, I suppose the meaning in ”passed in” is not living any more. In that case I want to give you my best wishes to be strong and manage the best you can. I believe lifting is a great way to manage when the blues hits!

    Tryin to keep weight on track, but its hard to keep up motivation, but I will eventually put in a higher gear.

    Thank you Lars. It has been very difficult to the point that it hurt my health. My wife is taking it harder than me so I know she is hurting as well. Lifting does help some but when you miss someone like a child it's very hard to cope at times but life goes on as they say.

    Staying around 200 pounds is great compared with how heavy you had gotten so keep it up. You gotta feel better.

    My plan is to do just that, stop fluctuate my weight, just stay on 200 and try to lower bodyfat and up musclemass and strength.
