    I am in the same boat with you. I looked back and my best lift cycles have been fall and winter. It must be the additional activities this time of year that deters our progress.

    Its good to know, Im not alone in this predicament. Having to much fun things to do during spring and summer.
    Lets do what we can and train as much as possible while having fun with life.

    This was yesterday, today Ive been working to fix my boat for the för, climbing up and down a ladder for hours. Then I sat in the car 45 min drive, when I got out of the car I couldnt walk, my right knee just jammed. Lucky to have I stick in the car, for some reason, so I could walk from my car in to the house.
    Never been that bad before.
