    Deadlift better than I hoped for. Forgot to use my kneesleeves, ni problem, seems like my right knee recovery is going in the right direction!

    Deadlifts can be tough. I cannot get down that low comfortably even with warm up weights. Glad your knee is getting better. Take care and enjoy those nice temps you have there.

    Lots of chores around my sons Golden retriever, work at the boatyard and my payed extrajob.
    But its easing up next week. Weekend is all about getting the boats up on land.
