Stuff is going around here too. My grandson was supposed to come and train Saturday morning. Called and told me he was vomiting all night. Either a stomach virus or food poisoning. Seems a little better today.

Its a real pester, seems there are some people who never catches that bug. Lets hope it has some evolutionary advantage, it sure is living hell to catch.

Not recovered from squat Sunday, hamstring stiff, I need at least three days. That’s my new old man’s rule, 3-4 days recovery from DL and squat. Don’t want to twitch a muscle fiber. It has happened, so I must respect my body’s signs.
