No training today and probably tomorrow to. Having the golden puppy for a couple of days, he’s becoming a beast. Lots of power there and not even a year. Spending lots of time walking in the forest, it wears me out, so no lifting until weekend. It’s ok, because it’s good cardio.

I hope so Jerry, but now I’m beginning to be sick, I think, got the cough, it has creeped up on me. Could be mykoplasma, but really I don’t know.
