Had a run yesterday for the train cold from the car, made it, but this morning I was in awful pain in left knee. Felt a little better in the evening, so I tried training. With not so good result.

No training for a week now, I lost the will. I’m taking a break while knee hopefully heals. So far a little better. Resting all out, might benefit the knee.
