    Im happy about it, the sad thing is, my friends think Im crazy to lift weghts for recovery, the good thing is I will prove them wrong🤓

    Need to focus on form with knees out. Knees did hurt but much better after the squat. Had two hike days in a row, an hour each that put stress on my right knee.
