    Hi Bergstrm, not trying to go below 195lbs. When I did enter a few PL contests about 25 years ago it was in the 198 class. Dropping the weight has helped lower my blood pressure.

    Aha, thats probably where I should be, around 190, since I lost around 14kg I managed to stay on that 92kg (205lb) for 6month now. But I planning for more cuts, but I cant motivate myself, right now I want to get my strength up before I do it again. My waist Is around 107cm and it should be more close to 102according to official prefered health standards. Never done any PL comps.

    All my pressmovements are stalling so I will eventually try to do some variations just to make it more fun, its mentally taxing to miss the last rep now and then. I think I try mix HLM with a 8-3rep range on the bench and press for more fun and variation for a while..

    Nice work! How are you doing the chins. I did get 1 recently, I want to try and get a pull up someday.

    Im like you, working out in my basement, cold and shitty, how are you? Ive seen thenews about a terrible cold storm over north east US.
    I just have a rubber band about 3 inch
    width and stand on a stool to get one foot in the sling. When I finally get to around 12 reps I plan to use a thinner band for my chins.
    I use a band on my dips to. Ive got a rogue squatstand with a bar between the standups and a matador as they call it. Then I put my arms inside each side of the sling that I just hang over the bar. It needs a little adjusting to get the right balance while dipping.

    Its a 5-rep week for the bench.
    My plan is triples next week and then eights the following week. Just to get a bit of variation, just doing fives gets so darn heavy and mentally hard. My progress is slow any way I do it.
