    Squat is weak, Im got allergy and sleeping pooorly, feel stressed about several things, the boat needs water, problem with workplace. In all a very bad week. Also the swimsession on friday is taking some off me. I need the cardio, and I love the feeling.

    Do not feel alone in your woes. My squat is weak also. My allergy's and sleep are the same as yours. I think everything is blooming and pollinating now. I need and like the cardio but it also takes some energy away but I am sure it will help in the long run.

    Congrats to us both as were are maintaining our weight. I'm hanging around 90KG.

    Hopefully your stress will go away and you will get rested up better. Good luck with your lifting!

    Its nice to know your not alone struggling. Cool thing is weight is steady, I noticed my waist is down about 2cm, Im on 105 now and another new hole in the belt. So we keep on lifting no matter what those around us say, lets keep up the Squat, eventually it will move further up.
    My plan is to talk to a doc, havent done that since the pandemic started. I would like to know what plants are doing this to me.
