    It seems like I have taken more Benadryl and Tylenol this week than ever before because of it.

    I hope your work tapers off for you. You should be about ready for your summer vacation by now.

    Its a hard time, lagging is for sure a good description, energy slowing down on all aspects of life. Keep it up Bill and Fred, thanks for the support!

    Fun lift, backbones give some sounds, or it feels like it. As when the knees sounds like popping popcorn during Squat. Its old mans training, better use earplugs👍

    Felt good even though I lost the last reps during set 3&4.
    Some food and then a hike for a 7k.
    Its been raining, so the allergy was not that bad, of course the meds is a great help
    Now its time for some hockey.

    Good day with sailing, a test of a new genua forsail. My son helped me, always nice to spend time with him. Weather really nice, Sunny , 21degrees Celsius, wind between 4-10meter per second, perfect! Got really tired and slept a while in the boat.
    Then swim in the evening intervall 10x50meter=0,5km took about 30minutes.
    It was the seventh time so cardio capacity seems to get better, slowly.
    Tomorrow is concert time with Angelique Kidjo, shes in Sweden for the Polarprice. Me, my son and his mother will travel to Uppsala, just north of Stockholm.

    No swimming this week, felt strong, noticed that the 30 min intervall swim training does requires more recovery then I thought. So when I Squat the day after swim I get really weak. So plan is to adjust for that with a extra recovery day. All is well, hope all you people good lifting/recovery.
