Good day with sailing, a test of a new genua forsail. My son helped me, always nice to spend time with him. Weather really nice, Sunny , 21degrees Celsius, wind between 4-10meter per second, perfect! Got really tired and slept a while in the boat.
Then swim in the evening intervall 10x50meter=0,5km took about 30minutes.
It was the seventh time so cardio capacity seems to get better, slowly.
Tomorrow is concert time with Angelique Kidjo, shes in Sweden for the Polarprice. Me, my son and his mother will travel to Uppsala, just north of Stockholm.

No swimming this week, felt strong, noticed that the 30 min intervall swim training does requires more recovery then I thought. So when I Squat the day after swim I get really weak. So plan is to adjust for that with a extra recovery day. All is well, hope all you people good lifting/recovery.
