    Tuesday nations day in Sweden 🇸🇪 celebrating 500year since Gustav Vasa took the throne from the danish king Cristian, called the tyrant in Sweden. You can read about the bloodbath at and around the the Stockholm Castle and in the old Stockholm town. Gustav the first got us together as a nation. Well Done 👍.

    Making plans for my yearly vacation up north, training will suffer some. I will try to do twodays a week, the basics with a little backoff. Consider it a recovery period, without to much strength loss.
