    History:
Several stops and starts since 2015
Never understood nor ran the program properly
Jumped into an intermediate program and spun my wheels for a few years

    Goals:
Extract every last ounce of strength and mass from this pseudo LP
And work towards a 500 lb. DL 300 lb squat 200 lb press; my own personal 1000lb club

I was stationed there when they were opening their gym. Considered it, but couldn't make the sked jive with my work sked. As I recall, you had to commit to going there 3x a week on specific days/times. Is it still like that?

First session in the books at SS Boston

My own interpretation of the techniques, via video, are much further off base than I ever imagined.

I've seen other people say that. Can you describe how you were off - just curious. How's the training going?

Onwards and upwards! Log here if you’re that curious: Student at Starting Strength Boston

while squatting my back angle was too vertical, i was breaking at the hips first, squatting too low and forward knee slide at the bottom.
