    Tuesday at the gym:

    HS pull down
    Wide grip cable pull down
Body Masters chest supported t-bar row
    Super set:
    -cable pullovers -rack deadlifts

All higher reps and just focusing on the feel of things and it felt great today. WAY better session than I expected.
Connor had a real bad migraine from 1pm yesterday until 1pm today. It finally snapped this afternoon and I got him out for some photography, a little bit of catch and then to the gym after dinner. We actually had a real good afternoon once he felt better. I really wish those damn things would end already.

    Wednesday in the basement:

    Full range bench:
    bar x 20, 10
    95 x 10
    135 x 10
    185 x 10
    Dead Bench:
    210 x 12 singles with 30 second rest intervals

    Seated Bradford presses
    45 x 25, 25

    Upright rows
    45 x 25, 25

Another rough day with Connor so this was late for me at about 7:30 pm (I normally go to sleep around 8:30). So I wasn't feeling anything heavy for shoulders so I did some different moves for 25s. Shoulders are lit so that's good.

    Thursday off.
Friday at the gym while Connor was working:
    Arms
Did a few different moves, some super sets, nothing too heavy. Quite a few reps just to move around.

    Saturday in the basement:

    Squats
    warm up movements
    bar x 5
    135 x 4
    225 x 3
    315 x 2
    405 x 1

    Deadlifts
    135 x 5
    225 x 4
    315 x 3
    405 x 2
500 x 1, 1 just because I screwed up recording the first single LOL

    Super set, Goblet Squat/Swing (53lbs.)
    5 sets of 10/10

Pretty solid day although the singles on Squat and Deadlift felt pretty heavy today. Not surprising after doing 315/405 x 5s the last couple weeks. Still my benchmark though and I am happy hitting 405/500 for singles, especially a solid week into keto again.
    201.4 lbs this morning...

Sunday at the gym, just Connor, Kyle and myself:

    Bench
    bar x 20, 10, 5
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 3
    275 x 3
    315 x 1
    335 x 1
    355 x 1
    370 x 1
225 x 17 with pinky out on the ring (about 1" wider than my normal grip)

Connor did a few sets with 135 today as he was a bit beat from yesterday.
Kyle hit 315 for the first time after running his Smolov cycle and hitting 495 on squats.

I would have been pretty happy with 355 today and was pretty surprised with how great they all felt today. A full week on keto. 201.0 this morning. 7.77 mile walk in the Quabbin yesterday followed by squats and deads.
So I am giving credit to 2 things:
1- Eccentric hooks for the last 3 weeks on Sundays.
2- Dead bench work on Wednesdays with shoulders.
My trouble spot is right up top and even coming out of the rack the bar feels heavy. Today that was a non issue. I definitely noticed that the bar felt much better when unracking.

    starting strength coach development program
    Wednesday at the gym

    Full range bench:
    bar x 20, 10, 5
    95 x 5
    135 x 5
    185 x 3
    225 x 3
    dead bench
    240 x 9 singles with 45 second rest intervals

    Barbell front raise
    bar x 5
    65 x 5
    85 x 5
    105 x 5, 5

    DB side laterals
    20s x 5
    25s x 5
    30s x 5, 5, 5, 5, 15

    Weird cable rear delt thing
    pulley 1 up from bottom
two chains with handles on the ends
bringing them slightly up and out to the side like a rev pec dec
it's just a different angle and different tension that I really like
figured I might as well take advantage since this day is usually at home.
    20lbs x 2 sets of slow controlled 20 reps

    Great day.
Dead bench (which is the priority) felt very good and pretty quick today. Hopefully it wasn't the change in location/bench/plates/atmosphere, etc...
