    Reps are death to me, but try them. It feels good to get your heart racing, sweat pouring and muscles burning.

    I did a 50 set, high bar with 225. Probable 10 years ago.
    I can still visualize some of those reps.

    Was chasing my old man's 300x50. We have a pile of standard bars and weights so I'm guessing he didn't do 315 cause it wasn't an Olympic set.

    I had a young guy ask for advice today, at 183cm he was 73kg. He expressed concern that if he put on weight he would lose his abs. Who is bringing these young men up, Ally McBeal?
