Something I saw in the mall today above a bunch of brightly coloured work out gear: "Fit is the new fashion."
I am very sick of Rihanna and Justin Bieber. When I have a gym it will only play 80s music.

Can I add Amel Bent and Generation Goldman to the list, they are quite popular on the music channel they play in my gym. And those crappy Europop songs that always seem tot be number 1 in Russia.
I can listen to Stromae though, at least he is a bit different.

I was inspired to search last.fm for some key terms, and I have found what I believe is The Worst Music in the World. Ladies, gentlemen--I bring you The Squatters:

Maybe so, but I haven't found that limit yet.

I remember the first time I deadlifted 315 for 5 was during the pop song "Titanium". I had to get psyched up for the lift and that song got stuck in my head. Now about half the time I am psyching myself up for a big lift that damn songs starts playing in the back of my head. FML
I had a guy come up to me and offer me a spot if I needed it for a 285 squat (getting there). He was using hand straps on a machine. Though he is muscular he doesn't appear to be that much stronger than me....he also does his benching on a smith machine and I've never seen him squat....
I just told him thanks....no clue what else to say to him
First time I hit 515x2 on dead lift Amanda Palmer came on my iPod.
I wasn't even mad. I tweeter her after.
Toto is awesome
