    I think I made a guy skip leg day à la Dom Mazetti. I had one more set on the overhead press, went to the water fountain, he had wandered up to the rack and then apologized. I said I had only one more set and it would seriously be only twenty seconds. I think it was all of five. Meantime he was doing lightweight bench presses, then wandered over and did curls. I walked past him and wanted to say the rack was free now, it's all yours, but he's just watching the basketball game. Probably twitted about how he couldn't do leg day today.

    Let's laugh at one of our own. Here is the result of my ill informed decision to try a 160 kilogram squat on less than 1000 calories inside of me.
