esp if he hooked everything . . . super heavy stuff, well yeah, straps.

Unless in 'losing' the finger there some other damage up inside the hand also.

Better guillotine action. Notice the suicide grip in combo.

I saw a guy at a meet pr his deadlift by like 20 lbs cause he couldn't math kilos. He was stoked cause it was his strapless deadlift. He was missing like 2.5 fingers from a motorcycle accident. Guy was strong and had other hardware in his arm too I think was either. 4 or 500 lbs dead

. . .aaaaandd, the smith machine safety stops are at the very bottom.

. . . aaaandddd, notice w/ the monkey grip you have to rotate the bar to release the hooks . . . the way you really don't want to rotate it w/ a monkey grip.

(but that's really not enough weight on the bar to really hurt anyone)

ya know that thing how you can have (2) 45's on one side of the bar and no plates on the other side without it flipping over.
Ffwd to 2:27, keep eye on far right side screen. I guess doesn't apply to 25kg plates. (maybe 2:15)

    The squats are hilarious too

Uh, yeah. "Hilarious" is one word. Inspiring and/or disheartening would be others I can think of.
