Also, apparently this mah cheen will continue to provide consistent resistance throughout the range of motion. Unlike barbells that are notorious for their meandering resistance. The other day my fifth squat rep was so much lighter than my fourth rep had been that I sorta jumped off of the Earth and a little ways into the sky for a minute which surprised me. Two weeks ago while deadlifting my third rep was so much heavier than my second rep that I had to skip it altogether, go straight to my fourth rep - which felt normal - then my fifth rep felt like about 1.096 times as heavy as Rep 1, then I added Rep 6 to make up for skipping Rep 4.
pretty sure i saw this before? why do i believe we made fun of troy polamalu for doing this?
