Two weeks ago while deadlifting my third rep was so much heavier than my second rep that I had to skip it altogether, go straight to my fourth rep - which felt normal - then my fifth rep felt like about 1.096 times as heavy as Rep 1, then I added Rep 6 to make up for skipping Rep 4.

    Yarmulke.

I think Kregna is talking about more of a watchcap type thing....for some reason they are popular year-round indoor/outdoor headgear with a variety of demographics. Sometimes you'll see a guy wearing a tank top with a wool cap. ARE YOU HOT OR COLD MOTHERFUCKER?!?!?!

Yeah, I guess that makes more sense. When I think "beenie", I think something smaller than a watchcap, but those are fairly popular to wear all the time now. Never understood it. I overheat so easily. If I'm wearing a watchcap, it's below 40 degrees outside (and I'm outside!).

I'm bald... I can deal with a watchcap if it's below 50, but anything higher and I'm dying.

I warmup with a sweatshirt & training pants, though this is Portland... and I lift in the basement. Never gets all that warm there, maybe 70 if the windows are open.

They even got an arm wrestling table for settling bar path arguments.
