Other than to look goofy and not be strong. Does anyone know?

Oh, and here are my feelings about all of the New Year's people making me wait for a rack.
Could be high pulls.. For cleans

Walk into the gym to find the bar loaded at 135 on the one squat rack on the entire gym. So,I get my shoes on and wait. This guy doesa set of curls, runs over, grabs the bar with one hand, and just kind of leans over... I'm assuming he was trying to shrug? He runs over to do some more arm work, before going back to the rack to do the same thing. Leaves the bar loaded and struts out of the gym with a look on his face like, "Nailed it!"

    Invasion of the Resolutioners.

2 squat racks at my gym.

One is used by a 150 pound (male) "coach" and his student. He's squatting a very impressing 170 pounds for reps. With a towel around the bar of course.

The other is used by a chick wearing I kid you not, some sort of anti poison gas mask. She put a stepper in the rack and is doing steps with 5kg on the bar. But at the end of each step she raises her other knee very high.

They are making out and talking very close to each other between sets.

They must have done at least 6 sets each by now.

Um. Does anybody use straps for kettlebells?

Because Amazon wants me to use straps for kettlebells.

    . . .and . . . . the strap is on wrong . . . not that it's gonna matter in this case (technically for a barbell).

You should wrap the strap the opposite way your fingers would want to un-roll, so the two different "directions" fight each other.
