Saw two guys jumping onto bosu balls, with the flat side of the floor, while holding a plate. I wanna be there to watch when one of them bails.
Just remembered, my buddy described how his personal trainer had him do some form of incline bench press in the smith machine with a reverse grip (palms facing him).
It targets those muscles better.
And now an honest question, do you really "target" your muscle parts? If a muscle is doing work, how can you target different parts of it? This is broscience, right?
There's probably some truth about that matter when we are talking about muscles that have multiple origins or insertions, such as the pecs.
I doubt it makes enough of a difference to bother, especially because if the bar slips out it'll fall on your throat.
Saw something for the first time today. It was, essentially an arcing OHP into a BTN Press, starting from about nose high in the front, going about eight inches over the top of the head, and then about halfway down the back of the head. There's no fucking way a transition like that can be good for your shoulders.
The dude was pretty built and cut though.
