Remember guys, curls will build your entire body except your chest and abs. The only assistance exercises you need for your curl program (6 days a week minimum) are the bench press and crunches to develop a balanced physique. Remember though, keep your assistance light, curls are a heavy duty compound exercise proven to achieve climax through masturbation at a heightened rate.

To be honest this actually works pretty well if you don't have a rope. Then again if I was in a fully equipped gym I'd probably just do something else to get my heart rate up.

Watched a guy from the corner of my eye state say his reflection for a good five minutes tonight. There was no love, flexing or posing. Just a straight faced psycho stare.

Can't work out - having a staring contest with that good-looking guy over there. Dang he's really good.

Because that is the one other legitimate use for a squat rack (besides barbell curls).
