Wait, doesn't America suck at Rugby? Now I think I know why. Each of those guys is about equivalent to half a rugby player.

lol, not even half. truth be told I used to train at the same gym as Canberras NRL team and the biggest squat I saw was 120 for reps. high, of course. There were some decent bench presses though, I saw the captain doing 125kg for reps on bench while weighing about 90
In the gym this morning, saw a new one. Guy is using a swiss ball. Has his feet on the swiss ball, and is holding himself parallel to the ground with his arms(think decline pushup starting position). He then proceeds to use his feet to pull the ball to his chest and roll it back. I was telling my wife, and she started telling me about how it works "core", and...well, insert icon for facepalm here....
Found the squat rack with 2 bar laying in it with a swiss ball on top. I died a little inside. Don't store your damn swiss ball on the squat rack...
Went to the pool at the gym yesterday and a guy was hanging out wearing just a towel.
I know that he wasn't wearing anything else, because he was lounging on a chair facing the pool with his legs spread at a 90 degree angle giving everyone a great view of his lack of clothing.
What, the, fuck?
All the trainers got really excited last night that there was a guy there who quarter squatted 355. Yeah, there's no way I could currently do that even, but one trainer was gushing over it.
It was weird to me.
Oh no, naked people.
to the guy quarter squatting 355 being impressive. The gym I work out is a jewish Y. Including me, I have seen 315x8 by 2 different people for sets, 405 x3, 495 x5 (this was a bit high), 420 x3 (those are all different people) and that doesn't include Jamie Harris (former bench press record holder. He squats around 500 legal raw).
This doesn't include the smaller dudes that put up decent per BW numbers. And this isn't even a serious gym.
