Today in the gym there was this tall woman (or at least I'm kinda sure it's a woman) who was about 6'2"-6'3" there with a personal trainer. They started off with squats only the personal trainer told here that the top rack position was too high but the position below was too low (that second position is find for me though at 6'2"). So what does the personal trainer do? She gets one of those aerobic steps, puts it under the bar and gets her to unrack it from the top position standing on that then walk off the step to squat. Then she had to walk back on the step to rerack the bar.

Care to guess how deep she was squatting? If you guessed quarter squats (or what looked like knee bends), you'd be bang on!

Really, at least wear a fig leaf like I do when I'm at the gym.

Oh trust me, I have no problems with nudity. But I don't like being the object that some random dude uses to get his exhibitionistic rocks off. And I especially don't like it when my six year old kid is subject to the same.

Time and place and all that.

Or he could just like being naked. I'm rarely clothed in my house (even when cooking bacon). You are associating nakedness with sexuallity, which is not always a correct assumption.

Hate when the grease splashes up onto my chest when I do that.

Also, being naked at a public pool where there is youngins around is completely inappropriate

Being naked in public around my kids will result in a fucking knock out and slow teabagging after I get them to the car.

    Fucking have some manners.

Unless, of course, you work out in a Turkish bath. Then that's my bad.

I don't get the big deal of people being naked around little kids. Being naked != wanting to fuck everything near you.

Unless your work sets are 135, I'm pretty sure you can quarter squat 355.
