    I broke a kids arm on a trampoline when I was a kid. Not understanding physics and being a larger kid, I had him go underneath to help boost me up higher. When I came down on his arm, I shattered it in 3 places. :-(

    I'm in the gym right now, resting between sets, watching a trainer do his shit. He is doing behind the back shrugs in the smith machine, with approx 60kgs on the bar. He is wearing straps, but he isn't actually wrapping them around the bar!? They're just hanging there...
