Got mine off ebay and used a random cement I had laying around to attach. Because of the low friction on the UHMW it won't hold if I try to pry it apart, but it keeps the UHMW in place just fine.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts. Lots of options here. I'll post before / after pics once I have it all done.

My Buddy just bought a Titan HD, and I was able to convince him to get the B&R 2.0. Jealous right now

And it holds well. I lined my Titan hooks with this perhaps a year ago. It hasn't budged; seems as solid as if factory-installed.

I believe 7701T412 is the part number for the 2" wide hooks/racks and 7701T426 is the part number for the 3" wide hooks/racks.

7701T412 is the part I ordered. Two of them. Here's the description from the invoice:

Impact-Resistant UHMW Polyethylene Strip Adhesive Back, 1/8" Thick, 1-1/2" Wide, 1 ft. Length

I didn't realize they came with adhesive. Thanks for all who posted. I just ordered 3 feet for a couple pairs of my hooks, since the UHMW I stuck on with VHB tape fall off with relative frequency.
