For anyone who is interested, after all the usual fucking around in customs the SS bench had £99 import duty. Even with the shipping it's still a pretty good price in comparison to a lot of the pieces of crap out there like the one it is replacing.

    It should arrive this week.

After a lot more fucking around in the postal system my beautiful SS bench has arrived to replace the piece of junk I have been using.

It's excellent quality like all the other SS products I've had.

If you don’t mind sharing, what did each item cost in GBP all in?

All in with customs in GBP. As you can see for a decent product it's actually very reasonable vs the competition.

The postal services are total crap though so you need to call them once it ships and make sure they're handling it right with all the customs crap, if not it gets stuck.

Thank you. I’d have assumed the shipping fees would’ve worked out much more than that.

That price for the bar especially is actually pretty reasonable, compared to UK prices for equivalents.

It is extremely good value for such a good quality bar. The bench is also excellent, it has no stupid crap on it or weak points to loosen or break. It will last a very long time.
