    Male 30 years old 5'9 250 lbs.

    5 RM Squat 210 kg (463 lb.)

    5 RM Bench 125 kg (275 lb.)

    5 RM Deadlift 212,5 kg (468 lb.)

    5 RM Press 80 kg (176 lb.)

I am using a pair of Adidas Power perfect 3, wich got .75 heel height. I've been thinking about if I maybe should get a pair of premium lifting shoes, like Reebok Legacy lifter 2, Nike Romaloes 4 or Adidas Adipower Weightlifting 2. They all have a higher heel height it seems, around .79 - .8. I have seen that Chase is using a pair of romaloes.
Is it better with a higher heel height? How do I figure out what the optimal heel height is for me? Is there any shoes that you can recommend?

.75" is perfectly fine for squatting, benching and pressing. It's probably fine for deadlifting but I prefer no heel, though I have pulled regularly with a .6" heel and the difference was marginal.
