Lifting without a belt
I've been doing SS for several months. I use the SS app along with Barbell Prescription. I'm now travelling and trying to lift while doing so. Problem: I forgot my weight belt and the gym I am using on the road doesn't have them. Should I lift as usual, but without a belt? Should I decrease the weight of my worksets?
If it matters:
46 year old male
6'1'', 220 (was 190 when I started)
current worksets
SQ: 340
DL: 410
BP: 245
OHP: 170
