    Hello guys,

I have been reading about lifting shoes from starting strength articles and forums. However, sadly in my country there is an extremely limited supply of good lifting shoes. Hence, i was hoping if you could help me out by checking the below one before i waster my money on something that is not worth it. It is not great, but i think this is the best one i could find here. My tibia/femur are mostly proportionate so i dont think i need a very high heel.

Thank you so much for your help!

I wouldn’t compromise. Lifting shoes last a long time if you take care of them so it’s worth getting the best you can. If you have eBay or other second hand marketplaces in your country that might be worth looking at.

Those aren't lifting shoes. Adidas does make lifting shoes, see if you can find "Adidas Powerlifts", those are proper lifting shoes.
