    Thank you for the Link.

    Maybe someday in the future. I‘ll see how it will work with my 4“ belt. As soon as my ribs are full back to normal I‘ll give the 3“ a new try.

    Ah yes. For the most part. I will have to play around with that and see what happens.

    Sorry. Somehow I missed your question.

    Well, it‘s my first prong belt, so I tested a bit during the first Training. But I used the same hole for all the lifts all the Trainings afterwards. But before the Training during which I bruised my Ribs, I watches some Videos on how to wear a belt again, and I thought, that I might have my belt not tight enough. For example I don‘t need to use the Rack for pulling the belt tight. So I went a hole tighter that day.
    Again; I can‘t say if the belt didn‘t sat right, or if it was to tight, or if I had a form failure, or a combination of some or all. So,… I‘ll act with caution and draw my conclusions.
