What are you working up to for your one work set of the deadlift, Jeff?
OK. Thanks That makes sense. I've had a couple setbacks due to back tweaks plus some travel and I'm at 53.5 kg.

There are 10 lbs bumpers on Amazon for $20 right now. I'd just get a set of those.

You can buy 10 pound full-sized plates from Rogue.

If the spark plug or the air filter are dirty, you can use it for one-armed cable rows, too. Dynamic effort, of course...

There might be several cheese burgers in your future. And are there any videos to look at?

We’ve strayed from Equipment. I’ll get my act together and request some form checks soon. And my profile has been edited.

I generally do about 1 or 2 reps every Saturday.

    Jeff,

We gotta get you squatting and deadlifting correctly so you can stop tweaking your back all the time. I was in your shoes not long ago. Post some videos so we can help.
