Deadlift crash pads
Deadlift Crash Pads. I cannot find these specific things over here in Russia, the closest match for "crash pads" are these things that climbers use (and apparently fold them right up and carry them like a backpack):
Just a moment...
(I know it's all in Russian; just look at the pics)
...Or your typical gymnastics mats.
Are there any bare minimum guidelines with these things, like that they should be at least XX inches thick or shouldn't be bigger than XX length or width?
I'm going to get those rubber interlocking mats as well but after seeing one of the SSC's videos last year from his client's condo in Miami I'm excited about adding crash pads as well to absolutely eliminate the rusk of some condo neighbor getting pissed about loud banging noises (also plan to.lift daytime, when most normies are out at the office)

Laureys, if you drop a heavy deadlift in your apartment ON ANYTHING, it will piss the neighbors off. Work on getting into a better training location.
