    Bench was supposed to be 195 but I figured out the bar was only 40lbs. I have no idea why I can't gain weight, thought I ate well yesterday.

    Treadmill Incline Sprints FTW
    5x30 seconds at 8.1 MPH and 10 degree incline, 4 minute clock

    My max observed HR was 173 BPM, recovery after 2.5 minutes was from 117 to 125 BPM.
