So I might only have something like 40 minutes a day this week to get stuff done. I think I will split each of my already split workouts.
Sunday: bench
Monday: pull-ups, curlz
Tuesday: snatches
Wednesday: Squats
Thursday conditioning

My back was not up for heavy Squats and Deadlifts. I'm considering always splitting this workout with snatches on the first day and Squats and Deads on the second. I might skip Deads all together this week. I may start incorporating a light week ... Starting next week, and see if my lower back recovers any better. I also started in on the turmeric. A cocktail of advil, Tylenol and turmeric before bed last night had my back feeling really good this morning. Sitting at the computer all day took its toll. Advil gives me heartburn.

7x20 seconds every 2 minutes at 9mph and 10 (degree or percent?) incline.
HR recovery 2 minutes after the last rep: 170 to 139 BPM.
