    Deads felt ok, other than heavy (which is disappointing, but what can you expect?)

    Also, marathon weed pulling in the back yard. Time to resume the farce of trying to keep a lawn with two big dogs, on the south side of the house, in Colorado.

    Redic. I forgot how hard your legs work on these, almost couldn't walk after #4. Strapped my iPad on the rig for Gym Boss. Watching the clock always bothered me on the prowler.
    Goal: work this up to 8 reps.

    These seemed more groin friendly than the treadmill incline sprints, which I haven't been doing.

    My back is fried from dead lifting and weeding so no snatches today.

    I used the tennis ball stick for the first three rounds... It definitely changes the game. It makes it harder to keep the bag from swinging too much since when the bag is on the way back you are ducking, or getting smacked instead of stopping it's momentum. It is interesting trying to learn how to duck or lean back or use your own jab to keep the badness away from your face.
