I got a jorb offer yesterday after just a phone screen. I told them I wanted to meet them first, which I did today. The pay is very good, but it is in Denver so I'm a little worried about the commute.

I got some kind of major muscle spasm inside my left shoulder blade after the last warmup sets. I managed to get 3 work sets before I decided to call it a day. Tried an OHP with the empty bar but that hurt pretty bad too. Hopefully it's just some kind of spasm from not enough good recovery and too much stress. Tomorrow possible?

My shoulder blade finally felt good enough to get back at it. In fact, it felt as if nothing at all happened.
I will try to salvage this week, intensity day squats, dead lifts and conditioning tomorrow, IDay press on Thursday.
