Form felt off on Squats. I had a bit of pec pain from benching... I think I started with my grip too wide on thefirst set. There were weird markings on the bar. I adjusted for the other sets and it wasn't too bad. I only bench once more before I get a light week.

The presses were pretty gindy.
After this we went to a concert at Red Rocks, The Tedeschi Truck Band was the headliner. I liked the music a lot, but there was a long rain/lightning delay and there's no place to go (it was a long hike to the car). We had ponchos so the rain wouldn't have been too bad except the temperature really dropped and the wind started blowing like hell. By the end we were all pretty drained.
Not a good start on recovery.

Congratulations on the consecutive press PRs. How do you feel about your weight loss and 1000 lbs total so far?
Thanks. I'm working on getting 1030 at my current weight. That'll be toward the middle of July, I think. If I have a good couple of days when I test my maxes I think I'll be pretty close to that.
Also, the PR's are causing a conversation in the back of my head about the prospect of cutting. I think I still want to do it, though. I think I'll feel better and sleep better.
