    Do you use the EZ curl bar all the time? I use it or dumbells because the barbell destroys my wrists.

    For now, I started finding curls very painful for some reason if I used a straight bar or even the EZ curl bar if I went over 50 bs. So I'm going to just keep increasing reps at that weight as long as it works, then I'll move the weight up.
