I'm going to basically do mostly single lift days this week because of home projects that are sapping my energy. Presses tomorrow, bench and pull ups Monday or Tuesday, Squats and dead lifts Wednesday, presses Thursday.

I could have had a grindy rep 6 on Squats, but I left it in the tank for the Deadlifts to come. I felt a little bad as I was sandbagging and rack hogging it between lifts since I went from Squats directly to Deads and some guy was waiting for the platform. I told him to step on up next time.
I think I'm in pretty good shape for the 1030 total in about 10 days. Who would have thought this funky program would really work?

This was a crappy week, running on crappy sleep last night too. I think my digestive track was worried about these lifts based on the number of trips I took to the WC before I left the house, and after I got to the gym.
I should have some videos coming if I can get them off my phone.

Tried and failed a single at 179.
I think I spent all my grrrrr on the PR's over the weekend and on Monday. Both Saturday and Monday I felt like crap but good stuff happened. Today I just felt like nothing.
Light work next week while I start to cut weight then back at it.
