I'll probably miss tomorrow which should have been light presses and pull ups as I will be staying the night in Denver. That's probably ok since Wednesday should be tough enough.
Saturday (C1) (207) Squats
1x364 (PR) Dead Lifts
I failed twice to break 444 off the floor.
I also did a bit of walking with my wife for her fit bit challenge.
I'll try to redeem something on Wednesday, but I'm not going to sweat the missed DL too much. It's been a good year. For the remainder of the year I plan to switch things up and keep the schedule flexible for holidays, meat coma's, etc.
So, after this week, and a recovery week next week, I will focus on snatching and presses until Thanksgiving. I'll try to keep most of the good gains on Squats and DLs in the tank but will focus on some longer term recovery. After Thanksgiving I'll see, but I'll probably do a little more work on Squats and DLs.
After New Years I will probably go back to these 9 week cycles. The first cycle may start a bit conservative but I hope to be ready to set some new PR's by the end of it, or the next one.
Also, I'm 1 pound lighter today than my last PR day, so at least I'm not gaining weight.

Failed a single at 264. It felt light coming out of the rack too. Pull Ups
