This cold or flu or whatever it is is resurgent. I had the chills last night, almost felt too sick to get this workout done. I may have had the 5 reps on my last set of presses but I rushed it trying to give someone else the platform. I think by the time to dead lift I was done.

I'm down 7.5 lbs from my 2/24 weight thanks to this awful cold. I think I'm on the mend but I have to take this week easy.
