    Actually he just took another job, so it'll have to wait until I see him at the gym again... If he ever comes back.

    I actually went over and looked at the bench and I can see how it can happen with that design, I saw him in the locker room right after that and told him pins were notoriously unreliable and had to be double checked.

    I'm pretty sure I would have screamed like a little girl, so if all he did was quietly walk out, he can have my man card...

    I'm sorry I didn't really follow up, but did you reach your desired weight?

    I got a little over half way there, but only because I was sick for 2 months. Right now I'm just trying to bring my lifts up a bit... I still think I would feel better if I shed a few pounds.

    5x30,40,50, 1 rep at 94

    Me and the guy I was sharing the rack with forgot the change plates in that second set of squats, I just went with it. I got the volume I wanted anyway.

    Presses still start to hurt somewhere between 50 lbs and 94 lbs.
