So, it's time to get the BP under control again. I'm already taking the shotgun approach with supplements. I'm going to try to keep a detailed log so I can figure out what is helpful and what is not. I realized, after shopping for sups, that the mechanism in most of these supplements is nitrates, which help increase nitric oxide, a vasodilator, in your blood.
