Next week is active recovery. I’m pretty happy with how this “A” cycle went, other than the disruption caused by the “Bomb Cyclone Blizzard”. That sounds like a legit excuse to miss a workout, right? My shoulder held up like a champ.
I have a massage on Saturday and easy goings planned for next week.
