    Doing low carb for a while to drop a few pounds. Coming back from the coast I felt quite off for a few days. I feel much better today but I didn’t feel up to pushing a heavy workout.

    My right pec has been iffy for quite a while. I’m not sure if this condition calls for Starr’s rehab protocol but it seemed like a good thing to try.

    When you start to get old, hitting the right note when your feeling low energy becomes more important. Hopefully I can have a normal week next week and get a couple of good 9 or 10 week cycles in a row. Sometimes that has to be enough. That said,I’m still hoping to set lifetime PR’s in my future. It’s a game of patience as much as anything else.

    I got 2 hours of sleep Thursday night, and fell asleep at 7:30 last night. Had some breakfast and coffee and got this work done early... which feels kind of good.

    Sunday (202.2, after sleeping 9.5 hours)
    Conditioning
    2/4/8 minute intervals @ 3.1 mph and 15/12/9 %, 4 minute rest intervals.

    I always do a nice warm up before cardio with a bit of stretching.
